1. What is Black Jack®?
Black Jack® is a USA and India–based fine jewelry brand offering premium Lab-Grown Diamond, Memory Diamond (from hair or ashes), and Gemstone Jewelry. Every piece is designed, crafted, and certified with precision and care.

3. Where is your jewelry made?
All jewelry is handcrafted at our certified production labs located in Surat (India) and fulfilled through our USA facility in Wyoming for smooth global delivery.

4. What is a Memory Diamond?
A Memory Diamond is a real Lab-Grown Diamond created using carbon extracted from the hair or ashes of a loved one or pet. We use the CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) process — a precise and clean technology that transforms your carbon sample into a brilliant, everlasting diamond.
5. How does the process work?
- Customer places an order on our website.
- Within 3–5 days after purchase, the buyer must ship the hair or ashes sample to our USA warehouse address, or to the nearest authorized worldwide facility or our India official address (based on location convenience).
- The sample is securely received, verified, and registered under a unique ID.
- Carbon is extracted and purified from the sample, which is then used as the seed carbon for diamond growth.
- The diamond is grown using the CVD process, then cut, polished, and certified as your personalized Memory Diamond.
6. How much hair or ashes are required?
We need approximately 2 grams of hair or 25 grams of ashes per diamond. The amount may vary slightly depending on diamond size and type.
7. How long does it take to create a Memory Diamond?
The complete process takes about 20–45 business days from the date your sample is received and verified by our lab.
8. Can I track my Memory Diamond order?
Yes. You will receive production updates by email. Once the diamond is ready and set, we share shipping tracking details with insurance coverage and certification.
9. Are Memory Diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. They are physically, chemically, and optically identical to natural diamonds. The only difference is their origin — created in a laboratory using purified carbon from your sample.
10. Are Memory Diamonds safe and legal?
Absolutely. The process complies with U.S. and Indian import/export regulations and involves only purified carbon. The final diamond contains no biological material and is 100% safe and ethical.

11. What are Lab-Grown Diamonds?
Lab-Grown Diamonds are real diamonds created in advanced labs using the same natural crystallization process as earth-mined diamonds — but with zero mining impact.
12. What gemstones do you offer?
We offer Lab-Grown and Natural variants of Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Moissanite, Paraiba, and other precious stones. Each comes with certification and authenticity proof.
13. How long does it take to make standard jewelry?
Regular jewelry items take about 5–10 business days to craft before shipping.
14. Can I customize my jewelry?
Yes! You can customize metal (white/yellow/rose gold or platinum), carat size, engraving, and gemstone type. Simply add your request in the personalization box or contact us at hello@brandblackjack.us.
15. What metals do you use?
We use 14K & 18K Gold, Sterling Silver, and Platinum. Each piece is hallmarked and tested before shipping.
16. Do you offer loose diamonds and gemstones?
Yes. We sell certified Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds and Gemstones that you can use for custom jewelry or keep as investment stones.

17. How long does shipping take?
- 📦 Standard Jewelry: 5–10 business days after creation.
- 💎 Memory Diamond Jewelry: 20–45 business days after sample receipt.
- 🚚 Express Delivery: 5–7 business days worldwide.
18. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or USPS. All shipments are insured and trackable.
19. Will I pay customs or import duties?
USA orders are duty-free. For other countries, local import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
20. Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we require a valid physical address for delivery.
💳 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
21. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for non-custom items only. Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for details.
22. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase for standard jewelry. Custom and Memory orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. See our Cancellation Policy.
🔒 Quality, Certification & Warranty
23. Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. All Lab-Grown and Memory Diamonds come with Authenticity Certificates from our labs or trusted gemological partners.
24. Do you offer warranty?
Yes. Each item comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse or wear is not covered.
25. What proof do you provide for custom or Memory Diamonds?
We keep official company documentation as proof — including the buyer’s sample parcel record received at our warehouse or authorized address, the diamond authenticity certificate issued by Black Jack®, and a verified sample unique ID engraved or linked with the diamond created from those ashes or hair. This unique ID permanently represents the source verification for that specific Memory Diamond for its lifetime.

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Razorpay, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are SSL-encrypted for maximum security.
27. Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use encrypted gateways and comply with PCI DSS security standards. Your payment information is never stored or shared.
28. Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Installment or EMI options are available for select regions and payment providers.

Yes. The process uses only purified carbon extracted from hair or ashes. It’s 100% safe, legal, and compliant with U.S. and Indian import/export standards.
31. What documents do you keep as proof?
We retain official company records — including the buyer’s sample parcel tracking and receipt confirmation, the Black Jack® diamond authenticity certificate stating that ashes or hair carbon were used, and the verified unique ID permanently linked to the created diamond. This ensures lifelong verification and legal authenticity of the Memory Diamond.
