The most common sources are a clean dry hair sample or a memorial carbon source (cremation-based), where permitted by shipping rules. The diamond is grown using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) technology under controlled laboratory conditions.

Standard jewelry orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom and Memory Diamond orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or once production begins.

Yes. A limited one-year manufacturing warranty applies. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations are not covered.
