Pre-planning by itself is a record of preferences. It is not a funeral service, insurance policy, trust, estate plan or guarantee of future price unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

What is a Pre-Plan Memorial Diamond?
It is a way to document the laboratory-grown Memory Diamond and jewelry preferences you would like your family to know for a possible future order. The preference record itself does not create the diamond and is not a funeral service.
Do I have to pay for the future diamond when I create my preference plan?
Not necessarily. A preference record can be separate from a future purchase. If Black Jack offers a paid reservation or price-protection option, the payment, cancellation, refund, fulfillment and pricing terms should be provided in a separate written agreement before payment.
Does creating a pre-plan lock today's price?
No, not automatically. A future price is locked only when Black Jack expressly offers a price-protection arrangement and the written agreement clearly states the guaranteed price, duration and applicable terms.
Can I change my diamond or jewelry preferences later?
A preference record can generally be updated before a future order is activated. If a separate paid agreement exists, changes may also be subject to that agreement's terms, pricing and availability.
Is pre-planning only for older customers?
No. Pre-planning is a personal choice. Some adults simply prefer to document meaningful jewelry or memorial wishes in advance so their family has clearer guidance.
What happens when my family contacts Black Jack in the future?
Black Jack can review the plan reference with the appropriate family member or representative, confirm identity and authorization, review the current Memory Diamond requirements and available specifications, and then provide the applicable order terms before production begins.
Is the finished Memory Diamond a mined diamond?
No. Black Jack Memory Diamonds are laboratory-grown diamonds and should be described as laboratory-grown rather than mined or natural diamonds.
