🕒 Cancellation Timeframe
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, production and fulfillment begin, and the order cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for refund.
🛠️ Custom, Personalized & Memory Orders
- Orders for custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once placed — even within 24 hours.
- This includes all Memory Diamond jewelry, ashes/hair/carbon-based items, custom perfumes, or any creation involving customer-supplied materials.
- For these items, the process of laboratory scheduling and sample handling begins immediately after order confirmation; therefore, no cancellation, refund, or chargeback is permitted once confirmed.

Sample Shipment Rule: Buyers must send required carbon, hair, or ashes samples within 3–5 days of order payment. Delays in sending materials do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.

Memory / Custom Jewelry or Perfumes: 20–45 business days after receipt and verification of the buyer’s sample materials.
- Timelines are approximate and may vary slightly based on lab queue, holidays, or international logistics.
💳 Refunds for Eligible Cancellations
- If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
- You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a custom-made or in-progress order is a violation of these Terms.
- We provide standard company documentation such as order confirmations, payment records, shipping proof, and internal production updates as evidence of progress and fulfillment.
- These documents serve as sufficient proof of work completed under our business and legal obligations.
- All false or premature chargebacks will be disputed with full supporting records, including buyer communication and consent logs.
- Repeated or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account restriction or legal claim for damages.
