- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled.
🛠️ Custom & Personalized Orders
- Orders for custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once placed — even within 24 hours.
- This includes size-specific rings, special requests, or design modifications.
- These items are created exclusively for you and are non-cancelable/non-refundable once confirmed.
💳 Refunds for Eligible Cancellations
- If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
- A cancellation confirmation email will be sent once your refund is initiated.
