At Black Jack, each product is crafted with care and precision. This Shipping & Processing Policy explains how orders are processed, manufactured, and delivered, including timelines, shipping options, and customer responsibilities. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

Shipping Areas

  • Black Jack currently ships exclusively within the USA.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Note: Black Jack currently does not charge or collect sales tax at checkout. All prices are displayed as tax-free until applicable tax regulations are implemented.

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered and are separate from shipping transit time.

Standard Jewelry Orders (Non-Custom)

Regular jewelry items such as rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and similar products require approximately 1–10 business days for processing and handling before shipment. This period includes quality inspection, finishing, certification verification (where applicable), and secure packaging.

Custom and Memory Orders (Person Carbon–Based Jewelry)

Custom-made items, including memory diamonds and person carbon–based jewelry, are produced entirely to order. These items may involve laboratory and manufacturing steps such as carbon preparation, gemstone growth or infusion, cutting, polishing, setting, and documentation.

The estimated production timeline for such orders is 1–30 business days, beginning only after the required sample is received and verified by an authorized warehouse or laboratory.

Sample Submission Requirement

For memorial and custom carbon-based orders, customers must ship required sample materials within 3–5 business days, and no later than 7–10 calendar days, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Production scheduling, laboratory allocation, or mount preparation may begin after order confirmation.

Important:

  • Production timelines begin only after sample verification
  • Delay in sample submission may place the order on temporary hold
  • Production slot allocation may result in partial non-refundable reservation charges
  • If no sample is received within the committed timeframe, cancellation eligibility will be reviewed based on production stage

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, will be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after this time, as well as on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable U.S. shipping providers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier used will depend on your delivery location and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active after the shipping label is created. You can also track your order anytime through our Tracking Page.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any of the following problems, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Delivery taking longer than the estimated timeframe
  • Lost or missing shipments
  • Items arriving damaged
  • Incorrect or non-updating tracking details

Our team will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, reship the order, or issue a refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Black Jack will not be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
