Returns & Refund Policy

✅ 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 21 days of delivery. If 21 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Jewelry with engraving or special modifications
  • Items made in sizes provided by the customer (no return/exchange accepted for sizing issues if the buyer provided the size)
  • If the parcel is damaged, broken, or a diamond is missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
    Items reported after this period or without an unboxing video are not eligible for return or exchange.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1–2 business days

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank or card account again
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is posted
  • If still unresolved, contact your bank

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us first and we will provide the return address after verification.


🎁 Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return
  • If shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them directly

🚚 Return Shipping

You must email us before returning any item. Return address will be provided via email after confirmation.

- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If eligible for a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted

For items valued over $200, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible if the return is lost or undelivered without tracking.
