Returns & Refund Policy

At BrandBlackJack.us, your satisfaction matters. This policy explains when returns, refunds, and exchanges are available and how to request them.


✅ 21-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 21 days of delivery. After 21 days from delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Jewelry created using customer-provided carbon, hair, or ashes (Memory Diamonds or similar)
  • Items made in custom sizes provided by the buyer
  • Engraved or modified jewelry pieces
  • Products still in the custom creation process or delayed due to customer actions (e.g., late delivery of sample materials — customer must ship their sample materials within 3–5 days after order payment, otherwise processing will not begin. Scheduling is based on the first samples received, and timely shipment is the buyer’s responsibility.)

💎 Custom & Memory Diamond Orders

Orders involving ashes, hair, or carbon-based diamond creation are custom-made and require approximately 20-45 business days after receiving the customer’s sample.

Production timelines begin only after the customer’s carbon/hair/ashes sample is received and verified. Any delay in sending the sample or customs clearance will automatically extend the delivery window.

  • Once the carbon/hair/ashes sample is received at our provided USA warehouse address, or at any of our authorized worldwide warehouse or laboratory locations, the production process begins and no refund, cancellation, or chargeback is permitted.
  • Delays caused by late customer shipment, inclusion of prohibited items (e.g., GPS trackers, electronics), national holidays, lab schedules, or customs inspections do not qualify for refund or dispute.
  • If a parcel contains restricted items (e.g., GPS trackers or any kind of electronic or prohibited item), our warehouse may separate and safely dispose of such contents to comply with U.S. and Indian law. Compliance actions cannot be used as grounds for refund, replacement, or chargeback.

📦 Return Conditions (for non-custom items only)

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be returned in the original packaging with all certificates and tags.
  • For any damage/defect claim, a continuous unboxing video is required and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Reports after 48 hours or without video proof are not eligible.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email notification. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days (excluding shipping charges).

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank/card account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer—posting times may vary.
  3. If unresolved, contact your bank, then email brandblackjack@gmail.com.

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Email us first; we’ll provide an authorized return address after verification.

🎁 Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive your return. If shipped to the gift giver, any refund will be sent to them.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Email us before returning any item. Return address is provided after authorization.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items over $200, use a trackable service and insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost without tracking.

⚖️ Chargeback & Fraud Protection

  • By ordering on BrandBlackJack.us, you agree that custom-made items (including Memory Diamonds) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.
  • False or premature disputes/chargebacks will be contested with full documentation under applicable law.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a custom-made or ongoing order constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account restriction and legal claim for damages.

All orders are managed by Black Jack® through our registered entities in the USA and India. We follow all required import/export and consumer protection laws to ensure safe and ethical service worldwide.

By completing checkout, customers confirm they have read and agreed to this policy. Order confirmation serves as consent to these terms.
