These Terms govern access to and use of brandblackjack.us and the products and services offered by Black Jack LLC.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any product-specific terms, custom-order confirmation and policies incorporated into your purchase.
Contracting Entity
This website is owned and operated by Black Jack LLC, a company registered in the United States. Purchases, payments and contractual obligations made through this website are entered into with Black Jack LLC.
Operational support, manufacturing, laboratory processing, fulfillment and related services may be performed by authorized facilities or service providers under Black Jack’s operational and contractual arrangements.
Goods & Services
Black Jack offers laboratory-grown diamond jewelry, Memory Diamond products, gemstone jewelry and custom-made fine jewelry to customers in the United States and supported international markets. Product availability, options, descriptions and pricing may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Because jewelry is handcrafted and certain stones are created through laboratory processes, minor variations in measurements, tone, appearance or finish may occur. Such normal production variation does not automatically constitute a defect.
Visual Disclosure
Product images may include photographs, CAD previews, 3D renderings, AI-assisted visuals or digitally enhanced representations used for illustration and product presentation.
A final handcrafted product may vary slightly from an image because of production methods, gemstone characteristics, metal finishing, lighting and screen-display differences. Customers should rely on the written product specifications in addition to visual content.
Purchase Contract
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Black Jack reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where permitted, including where payment cannot be verified, product information is materially incorrect, a requested customization cannot be produced or legal/compliance concerns prevent fulfillment.
The customer selects the product, specifications and payment method.
Payment and applicable order information are reviewed or processed.
A binding purchase is formed when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.
Made To Order
Custom, personalized and made-to-order products may become non-cancellable or non-returnable once production, modification, engraving, resizing or another irreversible step begins.
Customers should review and approve the applicable order specifications before production. The current Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellation, return and refund eligibility.
Memory Diamond Transparency
Black Jack Memory Diamonds are laboratory-grown diamonds. Eligible memorial orders may involve processing submitted material for a personal carbon contribution used within a controlled laboratory production workflow.
The finished gemstone is crystalline carbon. Black Jack does not represent the final diamond as containing biological tissue, DNA or physical remains, and Memory Diamonds are not represented as natural mined diamonds.
Memorial Order Requirements
Memorial orders require the applicable personal carbon contribution or other required material to be submitted within the timeframe shown on the product/order page or confirmed by Black Jack in writing. A typical reference window may be 1–5 calendar days unless a different period is agreed in writing.
Upon order placement, Black Jack may allocate production resources, laboratory scheduling, slot reservation, design work, stone preparation or other production steps. Refund eligibility can therefore change as the order moves through documented stages.
No automatic product substitution is performed without explicit written customer consent.
Non-Submission / Cancellation Structure
If a required memorial submission is not received or a cancellation is requested, refund eligibility may depend on the documented stage of the order and any irreversible costs already incurred.
A refund may be issued after deduction of applicable administrative and payment-processing costs, subject to the Return Policy and applicable law.
A refund may be reduced by a Production Reservation Fee or other documented scheduling and preparation costs already committed to the order.
Refund eligibility may be partial and may reflect documented irreversible production, preparation, material or customization costs.
Risk Allocation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Jack LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Jack LLC’s total liability in connection with a product claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Black Jack serves customers in supported international markets, and mandatory consumer-protection, ecommerce, privacy, import or other laws applicable to a customer’s location may provide rights that cannot be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes shall be resolved in courts having jurisdiction in the United States.
