These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Black Jack LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Company Identity & Legal Authority
This website is owned and operated by Black Jack LLC, a company registered in the United States. All purchases, payments, and contractual obligations are entered into solely with Black Jack LLC.
Operational support, manufacturing, and processing may be performed by authorized facilities under contractual safeguards.
Products & Services
We offer laboratory-grown diamond jewelry, memorial products, gemstone jewelry, and custom-made fine jewelry. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice.
Due to handcrafted production and laboratory processes, minor variations in size, tone, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.
Product Images & Visual Representation
Product images may include 3D renderings, CAD previews, AI-assisted visuals, or digitally enhanced representations for illustration. Final handcrafted products may vary slightly due to production methods and screen display differences.
Orders & Acceptance
Orders constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. A binding contract is formed once payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.
Custom & Made-to-Order Policy
Custom and made-to-order items may become non-cancellable once production begins. Please review our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Memorial Product Disclosure
Memorial products involve carbon purification and controlled laboratory production processes. The final gemstone does not contain biological tissue, DNA, or physical remains.
Memorial Material Submission & Production Allocation
Memorial orders require submission of the required personal carbon contribution within the timeframe shown on the order page or confirmed by email (typically 1–5 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Upon order placement, production resources may be allocated, including laboratory scheduling, slot reservation, and preparation steps for jewelry orders. Refund eligibility depends on the documented production stage.
Stage B – After allocation / slot reservation: Refund may be issued minus a Production Reservation Fee (covers allocated scheduling and preparation costs).
Stage C – After custom preparation begins: Refund may be partial based on documented irreversible costs.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by internal production stage documentation.
No automatic product substitution is performed without explicit written customer consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Jack LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts having jurisdiction in the United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
