Packing and Security
To maintain traceability, safety, and documentation, every submitted personal carbon source must be packed correctly. Secure packing helps protect the material during transit and supports accurate identification under your Unique Reference ID.
1) Labeling and Identification
- Write your Unique Reference (Carbon Sample) ID clearly on the inner pouch/bag.
- Use one package per order to avoid mix-ups.
2) Inner Packing
- Place the material in a clean, dry, sealed pouch (zip-lock style recommended).
- Keep the inner pouch small and tightly closed.
- Avoid adding liquids, perfumes, oils, or any chemical products.
3) Outer Packing and Protection
- Place the sealed pouch inside a small rigid box or padded envelope.
- Add soft padding to prevent movement during shipping.
- Seal the package properly using strong tape.
4) Security and Privacy
- Do not write sensitive descriptions on the outer label.
- Use only your Unique Reference (Carbon Sample) ID on the package.
- We recommend using tracked shipping where available.
Security Handling in Our Workflow
After arrival, packages are logged under your Unique Reference ID and handled within a controlled workflow designed for traceability and documentation. Materials are processed for carbon preparation only, and the final diamond contains only purified carbon.
