Understanding Tracking Status

Info Received
The carrier may have received electronic shipment information, but the first physical scan may not appear yet.
In Transit
The shipment has available carrier movement events and is travelling through the delivery network.
Out for Delivery
The carrier indicates the parcel is generally in the final local delivery stage.
Delivered / Exception
The latest carrier event may show delivery or an exception such as customs, address, weather or delivery-attempt issues.

No result yet? It does not always mean something is wrong.
A new shipping label can exist before the carrier makes its first physical scan. International shipments can also move between postal or courier partners, which may create gaps between tracking events.
If the tracking number remains unrecognized, verify the number in your shipment confirmation first. For carrier-confirmed proof of delivery, claims, address changes or delivery-management options, use the official carrier service where applicable.
