   After placing your order, we will provide our USA collection address where you can ship the hair sample (2–3 grams only). Once shipped, please send us the tracking number and a photo of your package for verification and process confirmation.
   (For non-USA buyers, we’ll share the nearest regional collection address.)

   The collected hair sample is purified and carbonized at controlled temperature to extract its unique molecular carbon — a symbolic representation of your loved one’s energy.
