1. 1. Pet Sample Shipping (USA & Worldwide)
   After you place your order, we will provide our USA collection address where you can send a small portion of your pet’s ashes (50g minimum) or hair (2–3g). Once shipped, please send us the tracking number and a photo of your parcel for verification.
   (For buyers outside the USA, we’ll provide the nearest international collection address.)
2. 2. Purification & Carbon Extraction
   The ashes or hair sample is purified under controlled temperature to extract molecular carbon — a safe, symbolic essence that represents your pet’s life energy.

   The purified carbon essence is nano-infused into a luxury perfume base. Our perfumers blend Cotton, Cedarwood, and White Amber to create a warm, pure, and loving aroma — representing peace and everlasting companionship.
