Memory Diamond Custom Jewelry
A custom jewelry process built around a documented memory.
Eligible personal carbon sources can be received and documented under the Memory Diamond workflow. The final diamond is a laboratory-grown diamond created through controlled laboratory production and then cut, polished and set into the approved custom design.
Sample handling, laboratory production and jewelry manufacturing are separate stages, each linked to the customer’s order record.
Personal sample handling and the diamond-growth stage are documented as separate parts of the process.

Sample & Order Preparation
The customer follows the approved packing and routing instructions. The received sample is matched to the order and Carbon Sample ID.

Personal-Carbon Preparation
The eligible source is handled under the applicable laboratory preparation and documentation workflow before diamond-production stages proceed.

Laboratory-Grown Diamond Production
The diamond is produced using the applicable laboratory-grown diamond process. Production time varies with the target rough size, quality and required specification.

Cutting, Polishing & Custom Jewelry
The rough diamond is planned, cut and polished, then matched to the approved ring, pendant, earring or other custom setting.

Final QC, Certificate & Delivery
The completed order receives the applicable Black Jack authenticity documentation, final quality inspection and secure worldwide dispatch.
Estimated Memory Diamond Production: approximately 20–45 business days after the required sample is received and verified. Larger stones, special colors, complex custom jewelry, additional growth cycles, independent grading or other order-specific work can add time. Worldwide shipping time is separate.

Final availability depends on stone type, rough dimensions and design.
Select the metal and available purity/color for the approved design.
Choose the setting style based on appearance, durability and stone geometry.
Accurate ring size should be confirmed before manufacturing begins.
Personal engraving may be added where the design and available space allow.
Surface finishing can be selected where technically compatible with the jewelry design.
Independent grading is available only where eligible and ordered separately.
Lab-Grown Diamond & Gemstone Custom Jewelry
Create custom jewelry without a Memory Diamond sample.
Black Jack also creates custom jewelry using laboratory-grown diamonds, moissanite and gemstones with personalized settings, metals, dimensions and finishing details.

Estimated standard custom-jewelry production: approximately 7–10 business days for applicable designs after the required specifications/approvals are confirmed. Complex CAD, special stones, sourcing, engraving or bespoke manufacturing can require additional time.
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
For selected pieces that do not need full custom production.
Selected finished inventory can move directly into order processing after payment and availability confirmation.
Ready-to-ship jewelry still receives the applicable order review and final QC before shipping.
Relevant product and certification documents are included where the item is sold with them.
Shipping time is separate from production time. Delivery depends on destination, carrier service, customs and the current shipping option shown at checkout or in the Shipping & Processing Policy.

Confirm the production estimate and destination because international transit/customs time is separate.
Custom-order reminder: once customer-specific production, engraving, resizing, fabrication, Memory Diamond laboratory work or other committed work begins, cancellation/modification can be restricted under the applicable policy.
